NEW Vitamin B2 + B6 - (Riboflavin /P-5-P) - 90 CAPS

Categories: , Tag:

This product used to be B6 but we have changed it to B2+B6 as these two vitamins work well together  in vital metabolic processes.  Modern diets are often deficient in them and this can have consequences in may aspects of health. P-5-P is the metabolically activated form of Vitamin B6, with significantly higher efficacy compared to common pyridoxine. Vitamin B2 is Riboflavin.

It is used to prevent or treat low levels of vitamin B6 in people who do not get enough of the vitamin from their diets. Most people who eat a normal diet do not need extra vitamin B6. However, some conditions (such as alcoholismliver disease, overactive thyroidheart failure) or medications (such as isoniazidcycloserinehydralazinepenicillamine) can cause low levels of vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in the body. It is needed to maintain the health of nerves, skin, and red blood cells.

Your Vitamin B6 status can impact your mood, your sleep, and your pain levels, not to mention your risk for all kinds of chronic illnesses. It is depleted by stress. This post is well worth a look if you have any stress in your life.
